Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today expressed great confidence in the BJP electoral performance saying that the party has already secured significant momentum after the first phase of elections। He claimed that the BJP is on the verge of significant victories in Assam and West Bengal saying that public sentiment has shifted in the partys favour after the initial phase of polling।
