War 2 BO 10: Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s film ‘War 2’ is currently ruling the theatres. The film is directed by Ayan Mukherjee and produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF). The film did not get very good reviews from critics and it also competed with Rajinikanth’s film ‘Coolie’. Despite this, the film is continuously getting the love of the audience. According to the report of trade website Sacnilk, the film has earned around Rs 6.25 crore on the second Saturday of its release i.e. the tenth day. However, official figures are yet to come. With this collection, the total box office collection of the film has so far reached Rs 214.5 crore. With this, it has broken the record of Hrithik Roshan’s film ‘Fighter’, which earned Rs 212.79 crore in its entire run. Now ‘War 2’ is rapidly moving towards breaking the record of Hrithik’s second biggest hit film ‘Krrish 3’. ‘Krrish 3’ had earned Rs 231.79 crore in its time. Among the top films of Hrithik’s career, ‘War’ (Rs 303.34 crore) is currently at number one, ‘Krrish 3’ is at number two and now ‘War 2’ is at number three.

Box office journey from opening till now
‘War 2’ had a tremendous start. The film opened with Rs 52 crore on the first day. The collection reached Rs 57.8 crore on the second day. The film earned 33.25 crores on the third day, 32.65 crores on the fourth day, 8.75 crores on the fifth day, 9 crores on the sixth day, 5.7 crores on the seventh day, and 4 crores on the eighth day. The total box office collection of the film in the first week was Rs 204.25 crores. The second week started a bit slow, but the pace of the film picked up again on the weekend. The collection of Rs 6.25 crore on the tenth day i.e. the second Saturday is proof that the audience is still turning to the theaters to watch the film.

The tremendous action chemistry of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the film is being liked by the audience. Along with this, Kiara Advani’s glamorous style in the film is also very much in the news.
