The application process for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2026, currently running on the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE – will close tomorrow, October 30th. Interested parents wishing to enroll their children in Sainik Schools 6 and 9 should apply for AISSEE 2026. The application fee window for AISSEE 2026 will close on October 31st.
When will corrections be made?
The application correction window will open on November 2nd. Candidates will be able to make corrections to their applications from this date. Corrections can be made until November 4th. Candidates can fill out their application form using the steps outlined below.

- After the registration process is complete, candidates must fill out their application form.
- After filling out the application form, candidates must submit it.

- Finally, candidates should take a printout.
Application Fee?
The application fee for General/OBC category candidates is ₹850, while for reserved category candidates—SC/ST—it is ₹700.
When is the exam?
The AISSEE 2026 exam is scheduled for January 2026, and results are expected within four to six weeks of the exam.
AISSEE 2026 Exam Pattern
The AISSEE 2026 exam will be based on multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode. For admission to Class 6, the exam will be conducted in 13 mediums and the duration will be 150 minutes. For admission to Class 9, the exam will be conducted in English and will be of 180 minutes duration.

Candidates are requested to fill in the registration form carefully before applying. The examination fee must be paid online through payment gateway, debit/credit card, net banking/UPI. The fee must be paid as mentioned in the AISSEE 2026 notification.
