SSC CPO SI 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has given great news to candidates preparing for the Junior Engineer, Delhi Police, and Central Armed Police Forces Sub-Inspector exams. Similar to the CHSL exam, the SSC is giving candidates the opportunity to choose their preferred exam city and date. Candidates appearing for these exams can book their slots for the SSC CPO SI 2025 exam on the official SSC website. Self-slot booking will begin on November 17th.
Link Activation Dates
The SSC will activate the self-slot booking window for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Exam Paper-I on November 10th. Candidates who have registered for the Junior Engineer exam can choose their exam city and date from November 10th to 13th. Additionally, the self-slot booking window for the Sub-Inspector exam will be activated on November 17th. Candidates can choose their preferred exam city and date from November 17th to November 21st until 11 PM.
Recruitment for Numerous Posts
The SSC is recruiting for a total of 3073 SSC CPO (SI) posts, including 142 male and 70 female Sub-Inspector posts in the Delhi Police. Furthermore, 2651 male and 210 female Sub-Inspector posts will also be filled in the Central Armed Police Forces.
SSC CPO SI Exam Pattern
In Paper-I, candidates will be asked 200 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English, totaling 200 marks. The exam duration will be two hours. In Paper-II, candidates will be asked 200 questions from English, also totaling 200 marks. There will be a negative marking of one-fourth of a mark for each incorrect answer.
