RRB NTPC 2025 Exam Pattern

Two stages of CBT (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for this recruitment. For graduate candidates, CBT-1 will be 90 minutes long and will consist of 100 questions—40 from General Awareness, 30 from Mathematics, and 30 from General Intelligence and Reasoning. Based on this, candidates will be shortlisted for CBT-2, which will consist of 120 questions—50 from General Awareness, 35 from Mathematics, and 35 from General Intelligence and Reasoning.

CBT-1 and CBT-2 will also be conducted for 12th-pass candidates. Additionally, there will be a typing skill test for the Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist positions. A Computer Based Approach Test (CBAT) will be conducted for the Station Master position. Candidates will be selected based on the RRB criteria, and the total number of shortlisted candidates will be 15 times the number of positions. Final selection will be followed by document verification and a medical examination.
