RRB NTPC 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will soon announce the NTPC New Recruitment 2025. A total of 8,875 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, including 3,058 at the undergraduate (UG) level and 5,817 at the graduate level. These positions are for various roles such as Station Master, Goods Guard, Commercial Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Junior Typist, Trains Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, and Traffic Assistant. This notification is currently in the draft stage, and the main recruitment notification will be released soon. Interested and eligible candidates can apply at www.rrbapply.gov.in when the application process begins.
Eligibility and Age Limit
The age limit for graduate candidates is 18 to 33 years. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will be given a 5-year age relaxation, while OBC (OBC) candidates will be given a 3-year age relaxation. The age limit for 12th-pass candidates is 18 to 30 years, with an additional relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. Candidates must ensure that they meet the prescribed age limit and other eligibility criteria before their application will be accepted.
RRB NTPC 2025 Exam Pattern
Two stages of CBT (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for this recruitment. For graduate candidates, CBT-1 will be 90 minutes long and will consist of 100 questions—40 from General Awareness, 30 from Mathematics, and 30 from General Intelligence and Reasoning. Based on this, candidates will be shortlisted for CBT-2, which will consist of 120 questions—50 from General Awareness, 35 from Mathematics, and 35 from General Intelligence and Reasoning.
CBT-1 and CBT-2 will also be conducted for 12th-pass candidates. Additionally, there will be a typing skill test for the Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist positions. A Computer Based Approach Test (CBAT) will be conducted for the Station Master position. Candidates will be selected based on the RRB criteria, and the total number of shortlisted candidates will be 15 times the number of positions. Final selection will be followed by document verification and a medical examination.

Then, fill out the application form, upload all required documents and photographs, pay the application fee, and submit the form. After successfully submitting the application, candidates can download the form. Candidates are advised to begin preparing for the exam pattern, typing skills, and the Computer Based Approach Test early to better prepare for the RRB NTPC 2025.
