PM Modi big statement- India will take every necessary step for its security

On the day of Buddha Purnima, PM Narendra Modi gave a strong message to Pakistan and clearly said that now India will not tolerate any kind of nuclear blackmail. He said that India is definitely in favor of peace but the path of peace passes through power. On this occasion, he also mentioned ‘Operation Sindoor’ being run against terrorism and said that what India did in the past is an example of the right use of its power.

History of Buddha Purnima and India’s nuclear test

India conducted its first nuclear test on 18 May 1974 in Pokhran, Rajasthan and that day was also Buddha Purnima. The code name of this test was “Buddha Smile”. When India conducted the second nuclear test on 11 May 1998, that day was also Buddha Purnima. This time the name of the test was “Operation Shakti” but people remembered it as ‘Buddha Smile again’. After the 1974 test, a code message was sent to the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in which only “Buddha Smile” was written. This name shows that despite being a peace loving country, India will leave no stone unturned to protect itself.

Strict stand against terrorism

Prime Minister Modi clearly said that if there is any terrorist attack on India, it will be given a befitting reply. He said that India will take action in its own way and on its own terms. The Prime Minister warned that India has only postponed the action against Pakistan and the future situation will depend on Pakistan’s behavior. He also reiterated that India will take strict action everywhere from where the roots of terrorism emerge.

Power and peace both are necessary

PM Modi, in his address, recalled the guidance of Lord Buddha and said that he has shown the world the path of peace but this path passes through strength. He said that India’s dream is that every citizen lives in peace and the country moves towards development but for this it is necessary that India is powerful and also uses that power when needed. He told that the action taken by India in the last few days is based on this principle and in future also the security of the country will remain paramount.
