The way for JEE Advanced 2026 will be opened
Students who qualify the JEE Main will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced 2026. Passing the JEE Advanced is required for admission to IITs. Must cross the cut-off
Simply passing the exam isn’t enough. Students must also meet the required cut-off marks. Only those who clear the cut-off will be eligible to participate in JoSAA counseling. JoSAA provides admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other government technical institutes.
Admission in Engineering and Architecture courses
Through the JEE Main exam, students can enroll in courses like BTech, BArch, and BPlanning. This exam is a major gateway to admission not only to government colleges but also to many private engineering colleges. This is why JEE Main is considered one of the most important examinations in the country.
