DEE Assam Vacancy 2025: Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam will close the application process for the DDE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025 tomorrow. A total of 10,673 Lower Primary and Upper Primary teacher positions will be filled through this recruitment drive.
Eligibility Criteria for Application
Candidates for the DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025 must be employed as a contractual or State Pool teacher under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) as of September 30, 2025. Candidates must have completed at least three years of continuous service by this date. Candidates can apply only for the same post category they currently hold, and for only one post. Offline applications will not be accepted for this recruitment. All applications must be submitted online through the official DEE Assam website. Salary Requirements?
Selected candidates for Lower Primary and Upper Primary positions will be appointed in Pay Band-2 (PB-2), with a starting salary of ₹14,000–₹70,000 per month. In addition, candidates will receive grade pay and other approved allowances as per the “Assam Service (Pay Revision) Rules, 2019.”
