Lessons from last year’s controversies

Last year CLAT 2025 was surrounded by many controversies. After the examination held in December 2024, several petitions were filed in the court regarding some questions and their answers. As a result, the Supreme Court made a strict comment on this and said that the preparation of questions for such an important examination was done very carelessly. The revised results were declared in May 2025. This time it is expected that the consortium will make the examination process more transparent and error-free.
