Famous singer-composers and husband-wife duo Sachet and Parampara shared a video on Instagram, expressing their anger over Amaal Mallik’s claim. They also demanded an apology from the music composer. In the video, they clearly rejected Amaal Mallik’s claims and asked if the director had told him that his song had been stolen. Sachet-Parampara claimed that Amaal’s claim is completely false and that it has affected their mental peace.

Sachet and Parampara shared a joint video on Wednesday, in which they targeted Amaal Mallik over his claims and demanded a public apology from him. The couple said in their video, “Hello friends, we are Sachet and Parampara, and this matter has become very serious now. This is related to Amaal Mallik. Frankly, we never thought we would have to clarify all this, but we have created all this ourselves. We are talking about ‘Bekhayali,’ which Amaal Mallik claims he composed some time ago. We have all the conversations with Amaal Mallik; we have all the conversations with the Kabir Singh team because the entire Kabir Singh team was present while making this song.” Every tune, every piece of music, every musical arrangement, every lyric was created in the presence of the entire team, and it is a completely conscious and traditional composition.’
Sachet-Parampara’s response to Amaal
They also responded to Amaal’s comment that “favored people get signed by labels.” The duo clarified, “We were never with T-Series; we were never a part of T-Series before Kabir Singh.” Sachet-Parampara further added, “We are outsiders, why would anyone favor us? Or if we had come from a small town, would anyone have played their song for us and expected us to create a similar song? If Amaal thinks the song was stolen, then why did he congratulate us after the release? You were the first person who messaged me saying that you were waiting for our song.” Demanding a public apology from Amaal, Sachet-Parampara said that his claims have damaged their reputation and that they will take action against him if he doesn’t apologize.

It should be noted that while speaking to Siddharth Kannan, Amaal Mallik claimed that he and Sandeep Reddy Vanga had together created the entire album for ‘Kabir Singh,’ but later his contribution was limited to only one song.
