Assam News: Have you ever heard that a state party president has publicly reprimanded a minister? If not then know now. The matter is from Assam. A video clip of BJPs Assam unit president Dilip Saikia scolding minister Jayanta Malla Barua in front of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma has gone viral after which the Congress mocked the ruling party and said that syndicate chieftains are facing a counterattack from RSS loyalists.
What is the whole matter?
The incident took place on Sunday during the inauguration of the new divisional office by Sharma in Bahjani in Nalbari district which was confirmed by senior BJP officials. A party leader told PTI Bhasha that Saikia was initially not allowed to enter the recently inaugurated building while the Chief Minister Barua and the divisional president were already present inside it.

In the viral video clip Saikia is seen scolding local MLA Barua. He also directed the local party officials to remove the mandal president from there.
