After completing her schooling at St. Mary’s School, she did her graduation and post-graduation from Cotton College, Guwahati. Riniki Bhuyan then earned an LLB degree.
She is also the managing director of Pride East Entertainments, the parent company of several Assamese channels. Rinki and the Assam CM met during college. They have two children: a son and a daughter.
