A few months ago, the show underwent some changes and Shilpa Shinde returned as “Angoori Bhabhi” in the second season. The show has received a lot of love from the audience over the years, but now it is going off air. Yes, you read that right. Reacting to the news, Aasif Sheikh revealed that “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain” is going off air due to major changes at &TV. He also revealed where viewers can watch the sitcom.

Amidst all this buzz, Aasif Sheikh has confirmed that the sitcom is moving to ZEE5. Aasif, who plays Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, told Variety India, “Yes, Bhabiji is moving to ZEE5’s OTT platform. The entire cast and crew of the show know this. I don’t know about the current media reports, but we were informed about the digital platform shift a month ago. So, yes, we won’t be able to watch it on TV.”

In a previous interview, Asif said he was happy the show was moving to a streaming platform. The actor said, “The most important thing is that people are watching the show. Nowadays, people work long hours and face a lot of challenges. Mobile screens allow them to watch their favorite shows at their convenience.”

Currently, the show stars Rohitash Gaud, Aasif Sheikh, Shilpa Shinde, and Vidisha. The first two of these actors have been a part of the show since its inception. The show was also adapted into the film “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Fun on the Run,” which flopped at the box office and was released on ZEE5 on April 3rd.
