Important news has arrived for millions of candidates who appeared for the UGC-NET December 2025 session. The exam was conducted between December 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026, at various exam centers across the country. In its notice, the NTA clearly stated that in the best interests of the candidates, the provisional answer key, question paper, and recorded responses of the candidates will be made available to all on the NTA’s official website.
Opportunity to raise objections on the Answer Key
After the answer key is released, the NTA will also open an objection window for candidates. If a candidate believes a question’s answer is incorrect or there’s a mistake in the answer option, they can submit an objection within the stipulated time limit. All objections will be reviewed by subject experts. If any objection is found to be valid, the necessary corrections will be made to the answer key. Only after this will the final answer key and result be prepared.
