Adah Sharma, the actress who gained recognition from ‘The Kerala Story,’ now lives in a duplex apartment overlooking the sea in Bandra, Mumbai. This is the same house that once belonged to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Recently, filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan visited Adah’s house and shared a tour of it on her YouTube channel, which quickly grabbed people’s attention. As soon as Farah Khan enters the apartment, her surprise is evident. The heavy sofas, fancy coffee tables, and expensive decor typically seen in celebrity homes are absent here. Instead, the living room has white floors, tall ivory-colored pillars, and large glass windows with long blue curtains. There is a distinct sense of peace and emptiness throughout the room. Adah says that a home with minimal furniture gives her the freedom to live freely. She can easily move around, dance, rehearse, and even play inside the house. Adah says she prefers sitting on the floor rather than on sofas or chairs. When guests come over, she arranges mats for them. This habit reflects her down-to-earth nature and simple lifestyle. However, Adah made a special exception for Farah Khan and brought out a beanbag for her comfort. Interestingly, Farah Khan also ate her meal sitting on a mat at Adah’s house. Moreover, Adah’s kitchen was not high-tech but simple. No gadgets were visible in Adah’s kitchen; instead, traditional stone utensils from a Malayali kitchen were on display. The food was cooked in these utensils and served to Farah Khan in them. Farah Khan was surprised to see all this. Despite the minimal furniture, the house exudes a unique warmth and personality. A small temple was also built in one corner of Adah’s house.
