The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued important instructions for students appearing in the Class 10 examinations. An official notification in this regard has been released on the official website. Students can view the guidelines notice on the CBSE’s official website, cbse.gov.in. These instructions have been issued for the Science and Social Science exams.
From this year onwards, the board has divided the Class 10 Science and Social Science question papers into different sections. The Science question paper is divided into three sections: Section A, Section B, and Section C. Section A is Biology, Section B is Chemistry, and Section C is Physics. The Social Science question paper is divided into four sections: Section A, Section B, Section C, and Section D. Section A is History, Section B is Geography, Section C is Political Science, and Section D is Economics.
Instructions for candidates appearing in the Class 10 Board Exams:
Candidates will divide their answer booklet into 3 sections for Science and 4 sections for Social Science.
The answer to each question must be written only in the designated space for that section.
Answers from one section should not be written in or mixed with answers from another section.
If a student makes such a mistake, the answers will not be evaluated, and no marks will be awarded.
Furthermore, these errors will not be rectified during the verification or re-evaluation process after the results are declared.

- Then, students should click on the relevant link on the homepage.
- The instruction notice will then open on the screen.
- Now, students should check and download it.
- Finally, take a printout.
