The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has begun the application process for the SSC Constable GD Exam 2026. Candidates aspiring to join as Constables in the Central Armed Police Forces, SSF, or as Riflemen in the Assam Rifles can apply via the official website, ssc.gov.in. The last date to submit applications is December 31, 2025, and the online fee must be paid by January 1, 2026. The application correction window will be open from January 8 to January 10, 2026.

- Then, candidates should register themselves first.
- Candidates should then fill out their application form.
- After completing the application form, candidates should submit it.
- After submitting the form, download the candidate confirmation page.
- Finally, candidates should take a printout.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹100. Female candidates, as well as candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Ex-Servicemen categories eligible for reservation, are exempt from paying the fee. The fee can be paid only through online modes, including BHIM UPI, net banking, or Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and RuPay debit cards.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of a Computer-Based Examination, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, medical examination, and document verification. The Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test, Detailed Medical Examination/Review Medical Examination, and Document Verification will be conducted and scheduled by the CAPFs.
