Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced the arrest of another person who posted support for the Delhi bombings on social media. A total of 21 people have been arrested in this case so far. The Chief Minister clarified that no one who supports terrorists online will be spared.

Himanta Biswa Sarma shared this information in a social media post, stating that the Assam Police has arrested another anti-national individual. He stated that the government has no tolerance for those who support terrorists. Online support for terrorist attacks will no longer be tolerated.

Details of arrests, accused from different districts

The 21 arrested include three each from Kamrup and Bongaigaon, two each from Chirang, Lakhimpur, and Barpeta, and one each from Darrang, Goalpara, Nalbari, Hailakandi, Hojai, South Salmara, Kokrajhar, Bajali, and Dhubri. All of them had been supporting the Delhi blasts on social media.
